After each appointment – our patients receive a ‘friends and family’ text. This asks for your feedback on your appointment. February 2026 results: Over 97% percent of the 506 responses we had rated us as very good or good!

In the month of February 2026 We had 107 DNA appointments this includes all our clinicians. 46 of the 107 appointments missed were with the Nursing team and were all 20 minute appointments.
