Patient group

We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

To help us with this, we hold a quarterly Patient Participation Group meeting so you can have your say. We will also ask the members of some questions via email from time to time regarding the care and service provided.

We are keen to ensure we have a group of patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to create a truly representative sample. If you would like to be involved please either complete the downloadable document which can be dropped into reception or contact Tracy, Assistant Practice Manager, at the surgery who will provide you with additional information or you can complete the online form below.

The PPG has set up the following initiatives:

  • A new surgery newsletter with up to date information on the surgery
  • Provision of a private room for patients to use when they find the waiting room to be unsuitable environment for them to talk to the reception staff
  • Promotion of the surgery on line facilities through advertising and website inclusion
