Diabetes My Way is an online diabetes self-management platform available across Greater Manchester, with the potential to revolutionise the way that people with diabetes care for themselves and improve the care provided by clinicians. Through the Diabetes My Way platform, people with diabetes can access their diabetes-related health records and receive tailored advice and information created by NHS experts in diabetes. People can also access hundreds of resources about diabetes through the website (diabetesmyway.nhs.uk) including leaflets, videos and eLearning courses.
