We were very proud to host a patient education evening on Thursday 6th March.
This evening was arranged with guest speakers from Greater Manchester Mental Health, Trafford Special Educational Needs Advisory Service and Sale Moor Community Partnership (SMCP)
The evening was attended by over 45 patients and provided lots of information for parents/carers/family members.
We are very excited to announce we are the first GP practice in Trafford to have arranged an event like this and look forward to arranging future events.
We look forward to organising more events soon.
