If you think you may require any vaccines for foreign travel – You must contact us AT LEAST 6 WEEKS before you travel to give sufficient time for our team to arrange your appointments.

- Please inform us that you would like a travel questionnaire and we can send that direct to you. (remember to make sure we have your updated contact number)
Once we have received your completed questionnaire, a Practice Nurse will review and arrange an appropriate appointment.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
