Please note that all patients attending the surgery will be required to wear a face covering for the safety of all patients and staff. It could be fatal to another waiting patient if you attend and do not wear a face covering. Whilst we require this, we also understand that for some patients it can be difficult to wear a mask. In this instance we can offer you a face shield to enable you to wait in the waiting area. If you can not wear either a mask or face shield we will ask you to wait outside – this is to reduce and minimise the risk to other patients and staff as well as yourself. A clinician will come and collect you from outside and take you to your appointment room direct. This has been discussed and agreed by Trafford CCG who recognise our efforts in trying to keep all our patients and staff safe. We appreciate your understanding regarding this.
We are dedicated to delivering first class healthcare and placing our patients at the heart of all we do and where our mission statement is ‘to treat everyone as you would wish to be treated.’
Our surgery is open from 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday with additional evening and weekend appointments also available to Trafford patients to see a GP, Nurse or Phlebotomist between:
