Complaints and compliments

We always try to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. We encourage our patients to raise issues or suggestions so that we may learn and improve our services. If you do wish to make a complaint, please contact our practice manager or assistant practice manager and we will do our best to provide you with a quick and thorough response.

If the person making the complaint is not the patient themselves, then we need the written consent of the patient before we can properly respond.

PLEASE CLICK HERE for our complaints consent form – to be completed by the patient when a third party is making the complaint. This will allow us to be able to respond accordingly.
