Disabled access
The surgery is on the ground floor and wheelchair access is available at all exits and consulting rooms. We have two dedicated disabled parking bays available. All signs within the building have braille symbols. The surgery operates a hearing loop system.
Interpreters
For our non English speaking patients we can arrange an interpreter for your routine appointments. We will need at least three working days notice to ensure an interpreter is available: please speak to our receptionist.
Special needs
For our patients who are deaf or partially hearing we can arrange for a representative from Action on Hearing Loss to attend your appointment to assist with sign language. We also have a hearing loop available in the surgery. In addition, we are happy to communicate via email using [email protected], or provide correspondence in Braille or large print.
Chaperone
If you wish to have a chaperone present with you at your appointment, please ask when you make the booking.
