Enhanced Access arrangements during weekday evenings & Saturdays from 1 October 2022
Our practice continues to work together with Bodmin, Boundary, Firsway and Washway as Sale Central Primary Care Network. The new enhanced access scheme provides additional, pre-bookable, routine appointments for patients during [early mornings], weekday evenings & Saturdays.
These enhanced access appointments mean patients will be able to see healthcare staff for services like cervical screening, childhood vaccination clinics, health checks and routine GP appointments. Phone appointments with a GP, pharmacist or physiotherapist will also be pre-bookable. An exciting addition from mid-October 2022 is evening, online, group health coaching courses for diabetics and pre-diabetics. You can book these appointments and get more information from our reception team.
Anyone who needs urgent advice or care outside of core hours 08:00 – 18:30 Monday – Friday, should continue to ring the NHS 111 service by dialling 111.
